Two New Years Wrapped into One!

Hăo jiŭ bú jiàn! Long time no see!

These last few weeks have been chock full of more fun and entertainment than I have had in a long time. Since our first official overseas house guest, D.O. is visiting and multitasking isn’t my strong suit, attempts at a more eloquent post have been postponed. In the mean time, these photos tell a good story. These images were snapped on New Year’s Eve (December 31st) and Chinese Lunar New Year’s Eve (the week of festivities is still underway). Taipei 101 fireworks on December 31st, the famous Di Hua Jie old street for traditional snacks followed by a temple tour for the Lunar New Year, and of course crowds of people wherever we went!
